Community Well-being & Mental Health Outreach Support
At Calm That Anxiety, my mission extends beyond coaching—I strive to share well-being tools that have helped me and my clients while breaking down barriers to mental health support. Having faced panic disorder and agoraphobia, I understand the challenges of accessing help, especially for those facing cultural stigma, disability, age, or other life circumstances. Through outreach, I raise awareness, foster conversations, and ensure no one struggles alone.
Work in the community
Jerk Chicken and Chat
An Anti-Stigma Mental Health Event
One of my most impactful community projects was an anti-stigma mental health gathering held at Ian’s Barbershop in Wood Green, North London. In collaboration with Mind Charity UK and Co-op, this event was designed to encourage Black African and Caribbean men to openly discuss mental health in a relaxed and culturally familiar environment.
Through meaningful conversations, we explored the real barriers to accessing mental health support and worked towards breaking the stigma.

Mindfulness Workshop for Carers
At St Joseph’s Hospice
I also had the privilege of running an interactive mindfulness session at St Joseph’s Hospice for their Carers Group. This was particularly meaningful to me, as the hospice provided immense support for my father during his care journey. Offering something back to the carers—who dedicate their time to others—was a humbling experience.
Collaborate with me
Your support—whether through funding, resources, venue space, or strategic partnership— can make a tangible difference in ensuring more people receive the help they need. If you are an organisation, community group, or leader looking to collaborate, sponsor an event, or support this mission, I would love to hear from you.
Free workshops
I believe that everyone deserves access to practical, supportive, and empowering well-being tools—which is why I offer two free community workshops each year to support charitable organisations and local initiatives.
Whether it’s a mindfulness session for carers, a mental health discussion for underrepresented groups, or a stress-relief workshop for your community, I’m passionate about creating safe, engaging spaces where people can learn, connect, and grow.
Partnerships
I am seeking partnerships with organisations, businesses, and community groups that share my vision of making mental health support more accessible.
Why Partner With Me?
✔️ Support mental health initiatives that reach disadvantaged and marginalized communities
✔️ Enhance your organisation’s social impact by championing well-being and inclusion
✔️ Collaborate on projects that align with your corporate social responsibility goals
✔️ Help break down cultural and societal barriers to mental health support
Your support—whether through funding, resources, venue space, or strategic partnership—can make a tangible difference in ensuring more people receive the help they need.
Pro Bono Leadership Coaching
I offer two pro bono coaching packages per year for leaders making a difference in their communities. This includes:
📌 Community advocates leading grassroots well-being initiatives
📌 Healthcare professionals experiencing stress or burnout while supporting others
📌 Leaders promoting mental health and workplace well-being
These coaching packages include up to six 1:1 session, like my personal coaching and corporate leadership programs.
By supporting these individuals, I hope to amplify the impact of mental health awareness and well-being initiatives, ensuring that those leading change also receive the care and guidance they deserve.
